1. Service Satisfaction

We strive to ensure that our cleaning services meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will review your concerns and, if warranted, arrange for a re-cleaning or address the issue to your satisfaction at no additional cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Service Quality Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning service and have provided us with notice within the specified time frame, we will attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the complaint.

Cancellations: If you cancel a scheduled cleaning service, the following cancellation fees apply:

Less than 24 hours notice: No cancellation fee.

More than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.
No-Show Policy: If you are not present at the time of the scheduled service and have not notified us in advance, you may be subject to a no-show fee of [insert amount or percentage].

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services or products may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Services that have been completed as scheduled and meet the quality standards outlined.
Fees for additional services requested outside of the original service agreement.
